Senior .NET Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for senior .NET Developer to join a large-scale project.  In your daily work, you will:

•  Handle meeting with customer for team progress or technical discussion
• Lead development team on .NET platform
• Lead and mentor developers through coaching and sharing of knowledge
• Work as part of a team to meet demanding project requirements.
• Provide workload estimates for application development
• Code, implement, unit test and assist other team members with coding issues; and evaluate their performance
• Take responsible for system architecture and design
• Stay motivated and up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in application design & development
• Work closely with the QA team to ensure the quality and stability of the product.
• Review work results of team members
• Write functional requirement documents and specifications
• Ensure the assigned tasks are performed on time and with high quality
• Follow the project and organization processes, policies, and regulations
• Join team activities to build relationships among colleagues.

Required skills/Experience:

• BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• At least 3 years of work experience in developing web/desktop applications, 1+ year of experience as Team Lead
• Hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework Core
• Experienced in Database design, SQL and relational databases
• Experienced in Design Pattern and Architecture
• Worked with these following designs: Micro-services, Load Balancing
• Ability to communicate clearly in English
• “can-do” attitude
• Have a teamwork spirit, pay attention to small details, logical thinking, and long-term working.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum, managing small team and can share knowledge
• Passionate learners who aren’t afraid of new tools and technologies
• Have experience in developing Desktop application is a big advantage
• Have experience in working with ORACLE is a big advantage
• Have experience with front end UI design is preferred
