Project Manager

Job Description:

•  Providing technical coaching and career mentoring for the team
•  Actively participating in the engineering process and anticipating future needs
•  Managing advancement and deployment of specific disciplines and technologies
•  Identifying and mitigating the potential risks
•  Monitor, follow and foresee the changes to keep to project on track, deliver on time with high quality.
•  Building project plan, coordinate with other stakeholders for the plan agreement.
•  Lead engineers to build scalable, reusable and efficient solutions.
•  Challenging the team to achieve difficult goals and empowering our team to make decisions
•  Acquiring, onboarding, and allocating resources

Required skills/Experience:

• People Management - Can lead a small team towards a common vision as part of project delivery.
•  At least 2-3 years managing teams of engineers. 
•  Experienced in software development.
•  Strong understanding of software lifecycle, processes.
•  Strong understanding of architecture and data management.
• Experience building and consuming API’s.  
• Desire to grow and improve across the software career set: tools, languages, patterns and architectures.
• Comfortable working with a team. Being accountable as a team. And contributing as an individual. 
• Good English speaking is a must.
