Business Analyst

Job Description:

• Meeting with customers to get requests and analyze/clarify its demand.
• Define business flow and business logic.
• Create Software Requirements Specification (SRS), Functional Requirements Document (FRD).
• Participate in team collaborative design and document review activities.
• Write user story and define acceptance criteria…
• Collaborate proactively with functional analysts to translate business requirements into functional, non-functional, and technical requirements includes business processes, workflow diagrams, use cases, user experience, and system access.
• Other tasks are assigned by the manager.

Required skills/Experience:

Key Skills:

• Excellent English skills in speaking, listening, writing and reading.
• Superior ability to translate business requirements into functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.
• Solid presentation, communication, and technical writing skills, with the ability to convey simple and complex information to technical and non-technical audiences at any level.
• Solid analytical, system thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Adaptable, fast learner and proactive.
• Teamwork spirit as well as working independently.
• Able to work under high pressure.

 Nice-to-have Skills:

•  Understanding of Agile and experience working in Agile-driven environments.
• Understanding the product development process, having a sense of product ownership and being passionate about building great products.
• Experienced in working with various aspects of technology solutions (e.g., user interfaces, mobility, API, databases, system integration) and dealing with technology specialists
