Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive user experiences and visually appealing interfaces for our digital products. This role requires collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create designs that are both user-centered and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for understanding, analyzing customer's requirements and consulting solutions
- Ability to generate comprehensive UX wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes for desktop & mobile, website, web apps & mobile apps.
- Create, lead and develop all stages of the User Experience and User Interface works including case scenarios, personas, customer journey, wireframes, UI design, prototype, design system, design specification.
- Ability to collaborate closely with BA, developers, and other UI/UX designers to ensure your designs are brought to life as envisioned.
- Present and defend design decisions, ensuring it is in line with the overall roadmap as well as your personal design thinking and fundamentals (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc…)
Required skills/Experience:
- 2+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer.
- Strong Figma skills, especially in working with design systems / component Telerik libraries.
- Solid understanding of UX fundamentals: user flows, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent communication skills — able to work effectively with developers, PO, and customers.
- Highly detail-oriented, careful, and thorough in execution.
- Flexible and pragmatic — able to follow established styles while iterating where appropriate (not rigid).
- Strong collaboration mindset: open to feedback and proactive in solving issues.
- TOEIC score: ≥650 or an equivalent level of English proficiency
Nice-to-have:
- Experience maintaining and extending a Figma design library or design system.
- Experience in agile/scrum teams.
- Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and responsive design best practices.
- Experience with usability testing or gathering user insights.
Years of experiences: 2+ YoE
