What will you do:
- Responsible for understanding, analysing customer's requirements and consulting solutions
- Ability to generate comprehensive UX wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes for desktop & mobile, website, web apps & mobile apps.
- Create, lead and develop all stages of the User Experience and User Interface works including case scenarios, personas, customer journey, wireframes, UI design, prototype, design system, design specification.
- Ability to collaborate closely with BA, developers, and other UI/UX designers to ensure your designs are brought to life as envisioned.
- Present and defend design decisions, ensuring it is in line with the overall roadmap as well as your personal design thinking and fundamentals (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc).
Your skills and experience:
- At least 3+ year-experiences in designing for both Web & Mobile app
- Experience working in some industries such as banking, e-commerce, retails, logistics, insurance, healthcare, etc
- Strong design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Demonstrated experience working in Agile, using agile tools & methods.
- Fluency in English communication is a priority.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment, working directly with product managers and developers to define and implement solutions.
- Great communication skills and capable of explaining decisions.
- Creative ideas with a problem-solving mindset.
- Solid understanding of layouts and design as well as UI/UX design systems.
- Social personality and feel comfortable communicating with a variety of different clients across the world.
- A portfolio demonstrating your design skills and collaborative process
