Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Tester to join our team. You will assist in ensuring the quality of our software products through manual and automated testing, working closely with developers and product teams to identify, log, and track bugs or issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
- Report bugs and errors to development teams using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Assist in writing and updating test plans, test cases, and documentation.
- Participate in regression, functional, and performance testing.
- Learn and use test automation tools under supervision (optional at entry level).
Required skills/Experience:
- Basic understanding of software development and testing concepts.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (Software Engineering).
- TOEIC score: ≥650 or an equivalent level of English proficiency
Nice to have:
- Exposure to test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman).
- Knowledge of SQL or basic scripting.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Years of experiences: >1 YoE
