Job Description:
We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our internal product team full-time. You’ll collaborate with a Product Owner, Scrum Master, and other UX Designers to enhance user experiences during a key product transition phase. We’re seeking someone who can integrate quickly and deliver meaningful design impact from day one.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and turn them into intuitive design solutions.
- Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system ensuring both visual and functional alignment across products.
- Create high-quality UX deliverables: user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine design decisions.
- Iterate designs quickly based on feedback while balancing innovation with practical implementation.
- Stay updated on UX best practices and share insights with the team.
Required skills/Experience:
- 4+ years of experience as a UX or Product Designer in digital product environments (B2B / SaaS preferred).
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Proficiency in Figma (including collaborative workflows and plugins).
- Proven experience maintaining or developing design systems.
- Excellent English communication skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions clearly.
Having following knowledge is a plus:
- Experience in industries such as [SaaS / E-commerce / Healthcare...]
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for better collaboration with developers
- Experience designing for mobile apps (iOS/Android)
- Familiarity with A/B testing, Google Analytics, or other user behavior tracking tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence
