Job Description:
We are looking for Senior .NET Developer to join a large-scale project. In your daily work, you will:
- Handle meeting with customer for team progress or technical discussion
- Lead development team on .NET platform
- Lead and mentor developers through coaching and sharing of knowledge
- Work as part of a team to meet demanding project requirements.
- Provide workload estimates for application development
- Code, implement, unit test and assist other team members with coding issues; and evaluate their performance
- Take responsibility for system architecture and design decisions.
- Stay motivated and up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in application design & development
- Work closely with the QA team to ensure the quality and stability of the product.
- Review work results of team members
- Write functional requirement documents and specifications
- Ensure the assigned tasks are performed on time and with high quality
- Follow the project and organization processes, policies, and regulations
Required Skills:
- BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- At least 5 years of work experience in developing web/desktop applications, 1+ year of experience as Team Lead
- Hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, MVC, Entity Framework (Core)
- Have good knowledge about Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Experienced in Git or other source control systems
- “can-do” attitude, listening, and communicating with team members.
- Have a teamwork spirit, be careful, pay attention to small details, think logically, and long-term working.
- Experienced in Database design, SQL and relational databases
- Did work with ORACLE is a big advantage
- Some experience with front end UI design preferred
- Good English skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with business users and project manager
- Passionate learners who aren’t afraid of new tools and technologies
- Agile/Scrum development cycle understanding is an advantage
