Job Description:

We are looking for Scrum Master to join a large-scale project to facilitate Agile delivery. In your daily work, you will:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies to ensure effective Sprint execution.

  • Coach the team on Scrum principles and Agile best practices.

  • Remove impediments that block the team's progress.

  • Foster a self-organizing, collaborative, and high-performing team.

  • Support the team in backlog refinement and Sprint planning.

  • Monitor Sprint progress and promote predictable delivery.

  • Track Agile metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Facilitate communication between the team and stakeholders.

  • Drive continuous improvement through regular retrospectives.

  • Champion Agile culture and organizational Agile adoption.

  • Follow the project and organization processes, policies, and regulations.

 

Required skills/Experience:

  • BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.

  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and Lean methodologies.
  • Excellent facilitation and meeting management skills.
  • Proven coaching and servant leadership abilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to analyze Agile metrics and improve team performance.
  • Good understanding of software development and SDLC.
  • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can work with distributed/global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Experience in outsourcing or Offshore Development Center (ODC) environments is a plus
  • Relevant Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus

 

We expect a candidate to have at least 2-3 years of experience. However, we accept good candidates with 0-2 years of experience as well.
