We are currently seeking a talented Mid-level Product Designer to join our team and contribute to creating world-class digital experiences. What you’ll do:
- Conduct user research, create personas, and map out user journeys to inform design decisions.
- Lead the design process from concept to final implementation for both web and mobile applications.
- Design user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) that are visually appealing and highly functional.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to ensure design feasibility and implementation quality.
- Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to continually improve product design.
- Maintain and enhance design documentation and asset libraries, ensuring consistency across projects.
What we’re looking for:
- 2 to 3.5 years of experience working in UI/UX design or product design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design and a thorough understanding of design principles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Notion, Jira, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design methodologies and design thinking.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Experience with design systems and maintaining design consistency across products.
- Experience with digital product development (Front-end, Back-end) is a plus
