Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IT Comtor with 2+ years of working experience to act as a communication bridge between technical teams and clients/partners. The role requires strong language skills, solid IT knowledge, and the ability to support project communication smoothly and accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret and translate between engineers and clients in meetings, emails, and daily communication
- Translate technical documents such as requirements, specifications, test cases, manuals, and reports
- Support clear and accurate communication between development, QA, PM, and stakeholders
- Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and project-related documentation
- Assist in coordinating project activities and tracking communication tasks
- Ensure technical information is delivered correctly without loss of meaning
Required Skills:
- At least 2 years of experience as an IT Comtor or in a similar role
- Good command of English (or Japanese, depending on project) in both written and spoken communication
- Solid understanding of IT fundamentals: software development lifecycle, system architecture, testing concepts, APIs, etc.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, careful, and responsible working attitude
Nice to have:
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams
- Experience in software documentation or QA support
- JLPT N2 or above (for Japanese projects) or equivalent English proficiency
- Experience working with international clients
