About the Role

This is a business development role with a regional scope — you’ll work directly with customers, solution teams, and senior stakeholders to grow TMA’s business in key markets.

We’re looking for someone who can build relationships, communicate TMA’s value clearly, and drive opportunities from first contact to signed deal. If you come from a delivery background — engineering, BA, PM, or QA — and are ready to move into business development, this role is a strong fit. We provide mentoring, structured onboarding into BD, and real opportunities to grow into account management or solution consulting.

 

Responsibilities:

Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets
  • Prepare and lead customer visits, meetings, and presentations (including overseas travel)
  • Host customer visits to TMA — coordinate site tours, technical sessions, and executive meetings
  • Attend and represent TMA at business events, conferences, and industry forums
  • Coordinate with Solution and Engineering teams to develop proposals, quotations, and solution pitches
  • Promote TMA’s solutions and services to drive revenue growth and scale the business

 

Marketing Support

  • Conduct market research on technology trends, competitors, and target customer segments
  • Support B2B marketing activities: email campaigns, social media, webinars, and events
  • Develop and manage marketing materials — case studies, brochures, presentations, website content

 

Qualifications / Required Skills:

  • University degree or higher (Business, Technology, or related field)
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development — or in a delivery role such as Software Engineer, BA, QA, PM, or Tech Lead
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to engage and build relationships with senior stakeholders (C-level, procurement, IT leads)
  • Good English — both written and spoken
  • Genuine interest in business strategy, customer engagement, and technology solutions
