Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Lead Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and our technical teams. In this role, you will not only drive the requirements engineering process for complex initiatives but also set the standard for business analysis best practices within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Mentorship
- Lead a BA team (2–6 members depending on project), assign tasks, and review all BA outputs (BRD, SRS, workflows, UI flows).
- Mentor and coach BA members on elicitation, requirement breakdown, business analysis techniques, and documentation standards.
- Establish and improve BA processes tailored for the outsourcing model (onsite/offshore, multi-stakeholder).
- Oversee requirement quality throughout the SDLC, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and consistency.
Customer Engagement
- Work directly with international clients: workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement clarification.
- Provide business solution consulting and propose AI/Automation opportunities when appropriate.
- Act as the bridge between clients and Dev/QA teams, managing conflicts and optimizing project scope.
Business Analysis & Solution Design
- Gather requirements using diverse techniques: interviews, shadowing, process mapping, document analysis.
- Produce key BA artifacts:
- Business Requirement Document (BRD)
- Software Requirement Specification (SRS)
- User Stories & Acceptance Criteria
- State Diagrams, Workflow Diagrams, Use Case Diagrams
- Basic Wireframes / UI Flows
- Perform system-level business analysis: data models, integration interfaces, API contracts.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects to propose feasible and cost-effective solutions.
Qualification/ Required Skills:
- 4 - 7 years of BA experience, with Senior/Lead BA experience in technical environment.
- Strong knowledge of UML/BPMN, SDLC, Agile/Scrum, JIRA.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Leadership, critical thinking, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in Healthcare, E-commerce, Booking domain. (Nice to have)
- Certifications: CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA. (Nice to have)
