Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze processes, and deliver solutions that support strategic goals. This role also involves close collaboration with the development team during the implementation phase and product validation. Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Product Owner (PO) to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and monitor performance.
• Support project management activities, including tracking timelines, deliverables, and risks.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and compliance standards.
Required skills/Experience:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN).
• Familiar with design tools, chart.
• Familiarity with software development processes is a plus.
• TOEIC score: ≥650 or an equivalent level of English proficiency
Nice to have:
A background in Information Technology is a strong advantage.
Years of experiences: Open to candidates with at least 1 year of experience or recent graduates from IT-related majors
