Job Description:
- Participate in the software testing process to ensure overall product quality.
- Perform both manual testing and automation testing across various platforms and features.
- Analyze, report, and track defects throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to verify bug fixes and ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to improving testing processes, tools, and best practices.
Qualification/ Required Skills:
General Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- TOEIC 600+ or equivalent; able to communicate effectively in English and participate in meetings with international clients.
- Strong knowledge of manual and automation testing; hands-on experience is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in debugging techniques and the ability to determine root causes efficiently.
- Proactive, eager to learn new technologies, and able to take responsibility for assigned tasks.
Technical Skills – Required:
- Strong knowledge of programming languages, including but not limited to Python, Java, C/C++, and Node.js.
- Understanding of operating environments and platforms such as Unix, Windows, Virtualization technologies, and Cloud Computing.
- Technical Skills – Preferred
- Familiarity with API testing tools: Postman, Curl, SOAP UI.
- Experience with automation frameworks: Selenium, Appium, Protractor, or Robot Framework.
- Experience in developing comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Experience with JIRA and version control systems such as GIT or SVN.
- Knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
