Job Summary:
We’re looking for an AI Engineer to build and deploy LLM-based applications, RAG systems, AI agents, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate has strong Python and Generative AI experience, with a proven track record of delivering AI solutions to production
Responsibilities:
● Identify business problems AI can solve, estimate their impact and propose an implementation roadmap.
● Design and build LLM-based applications: RAG, AI agents, chatbots and workflow automation.
● Select and evaluate models (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, open-source models such as Llama and Qwen) on quality, cost and latency.
● Fine-tune models or optimize prompts, and build evaluation suites to measure accuracy and detect hallucinations.
● Take models to production: APIs, monitoring, logging and inference cost optimization.
● Ensure data security, privacy and compliance in all AI use.
● Mentor and train engineering and non-technical teams on using AI effectively.
● Track emerging AI trends and assess how they apply to the company.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field.
● 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning / Data Science, including at least 2 years with LLMs or Generative AI.
● Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow, Hugging Face, andLangChain / LlamaIndex.
● Experience building RAG systems, working with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, Qdrant, etc.) and prompt engineering.
● Has shipped at least one AI product to production.
● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure), Docker and APIs.
● Good English for reading technical documentation; spoken English is a plus.
● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
Nice to have:
● Experience fine-tuning models (LoRA, QLoRA) or training custom models.
● Experience building multi-agent systems, tool calling and MCP.
● MLOps / LLMOps experience: MLflow, Weights & Biases, LangSmith, Kubernetes.
● Experience with Vietnamese-language processing (NLP, OCR, speech).
● Published papers, open-source projects or a public AI portfolio.
● Prior experience leading a team or working as a Tech Lead.
