Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated AI Engineer to join our growing team. You will work on designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models and solutions that solve real-world problems. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in artificial intelligence while contributing to impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, implement machine learning, deep learning, and LLM-based AI solutions.
Work with datasets including preprocessing, cleaning, feature engineering, and labeling.
Research and apply AI technologies such as NLP, computer vision, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
Build and integrate AI services, APIs, and MCP server-based solutions into applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and improve AI solutions in production environments.
Required skills/Experience:
- Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Understanding of ML algorithms, neural networks, and statistical modeling.
- Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Experience with version control (Git).
- Knowledge of APIs and model deployment (Flask, FastAPI, Docker, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field (Software Engineering).
- TOEIC score: ≥650 or an equivalent level of English proficiency.
Nice to have:
- Experience in NLP (transformers, LLMs) or computer vision (CNNs, OpenCV).
- Knowledge of MLOps practices (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, CI/CD).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Familiarity with distributed systems (Spark, Hadoop).
- Background in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib/Seaborn).
