Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd Line IT technical support to end-user
- Responsible for day-today operation of given services
- Perform the task assigned by the team leader in a timely and accurate manner.
- Receive & implement the work instructions from team leader
- Work closely with other team members and other relevant team
Authority:
Feed back to team leader if any issue raised
Duties:
- Be willing to support end-user
- 1st Line: function as 1st point of contact for incidents, service requests from end-users
- 2nd Line: troubleshooting, resolving incidents escalated from first-line
- Ensure all the tasks of the team would be done on-time
- Research the new technology and propose it for service of the team
- Prepare the report if required
Education Required:
- Bachelor Degree in IT / Computer Science or Telecommunication
- Preferred if having networking / administration specialist certificates (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Linux+, CCENT, CCNA, MCP, MCSA, MCSE)
Experience Desired:
1+ years experience in IT support, service-desk
Skills Desired:
- Has good knowledge in Windows/Linux OS, MS Windows-based products
- Basic knowledge in MacOS / Sun Solaris systems, Networking, Telecommunication
- Ability in self-studying, problem-solving, troubleshooting
- Good in English, communication, interpersonal skills
- Good in presentation, documentation skills
- User-oriented
